At Adoore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your refund's progress.
